We invite your beloved pet companion to make the move with you at Vista Pointe. Our community and layouts were designed with everyone in mind, including furry friends.

Vista Pointe Pet Policy

  • Two pets maximum per apartment
  • 80 lbs weight restriction
  • $500 deposit due at move-in
  • $50 monthly pet rent

Pet policy: Vista Pointe is a pet friendly community. We welcome 2 pets per apartment. Our pet deposit, due at move-in is $500 and our monthly pet rent $50 per pet, per month. Some breed restrictions and weight limits apply. Please contact the Leasing Center for our complete pet policy.
